Maintenance Mode is free. You pay only for an Active Phase, once for each phase.
How paying works
- You see the prices when you choose a length. Nothing is charged until you confirm.
- On the Confirm and start screen, the start button (for example Start Core) charges you once, through Apple, in your App Store currency, and starts the phase.
- Nothing renews. The phase ends when its weeks are up, and you return to Maintenance Mode with everything you track.
If a family organiser has to approve the purchase, Fazon says it’s waiting for approval, keeps your setup, and starts the phase once the purchase is approved.
If a payment doesn’t go through, you aren’t charged.
Restoring a purchase
Restore purchases is for a phase you paid for on this iPhone that didn’t start, for example if Fazon closed while the payment went through.
- Tap the person icon at the top of Today to open You.
- Tap Settings, then Restore purchases.
Fazon checks your purchases with Apple and starts the phase. It never charges you.
You don’t need Restore purchases to get a started phase onto your other iPhone. A phase that has started syncs with iCloud like the rest of your data, so it reaches your other iPhone signed in to the same iCloud.
If there’s nothing to restore, Fazon says so and suggests checking that you’re signed in with the Apple Account you paid with.
