Apple's standard licence covers the app. These terms add two points to it and cover this website.
The app
We are My Next Studio, the sole trader behind Fazon (see company information). You get the Fazon app under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. That agreement governs your use of the app. We have no separate licence of our own.
Not medical advice
Fazon helps you plan eating, movement and weigh-ins. It is not medical advice, and it doesn't replace a doctor, dietitian or other clinician. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or take medication, talk to your clinician before you start an Active Phase.
Purchases
An Active Phase is a one-off purchase, not a subscription. You pay once, through Apple, and nothing renews. Apple handles refunds under its own process: you can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
This website
You may read this website and link to any page on it. Don't try to disrupt it or get around its protections. The text and images here are ours unless we say otherwise, so don't republish them as your own.
The website is provided as it is, and its pages can change. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer.
The waiting list
Joining the waiting list is free. You join by emailing us, and we write to you when the beta opens and when Fazon is on the App Store. Nothing else: no account, and no obligation to buy. How we handle your email is in the privacy notice.
Changes, language and law
When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top. Swedish law applies to these terms. Apple's licence agreement has its own terms on law and language.
These terms are written in English and Swedish, and both versions are equally valid. If they ever differ, the reading more favourable to you applies.
