The Today screen in Maintenance Mode: steps, protein, calories and weight, each shown against the person's own goal.

01 · Maintenance Mode

Every day, the few numbers that matter.

Everyday tracking of your weight, food and steps, with goals of your own. Always on, and free. The coach stays quiet.

The Today screen in Maintenance Mode: steps, protein, calories and weight, each shown against the person's own goal.

02 · Active Phase

In a phase, a coach helps you along.

4, 8 or 12 weeks of extra focus, with a coach that helps you set and adjust your targets. Then back to Maintenance.

The Today screen during an Active Phase: the phase day count, the coach, the day's targets and this week's Power Walks.

03 · Weekly check-in

One change at a time.

Each week it looks at how your week went and helps you adjust your targets from your own data, including what your body actually burns. At most one change, often as a choice you make. “Change nothing, continue” is a valid answer.

A weekly check-in result: the coach describes the week, the weight trend and what to do next.

04 · Phase review

When it ends, it ends.

On the last day, a review: what happened, what the phase learned, and a calm handover to Maintenance with goals to hold your new weight. It tells you ahead of time that a small rise on the scale is normal.

The phase review: the change in weight and waist since the start, weeks on plan, Power Walks done and daily steps.

05 · Back to Maintenance

Then you hold it, at an easier pace.

You keep logging food, steps and weight, now against goals that hold your new weight. The coach goes quiet. When you want another phase, it’s there.

The last step of the phase review: a short wrap-up on holding the new weight, and where to start a new phase later.

The method

Three things, kept simple.

  1. 01

    Calories

A daily calorie target that fits you.

  2. 02

    Walking

Movement built on walking. Strength training is welcome on top.

  3. 03

    Protein

Enough protein to keep your muscle while the fat comes off.

No meal plans. No workouts to follow.

In the app

What’s in the app.

  • Food logging

Search, recents, saved meals and barcode scanning.

The food log for one day: breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, with calories and protein for each meal.

    Food

    Log what you eat, quickly.

    • Search a food database.
    • Recents and saved meals for what you eat often.
    • Barcode scanning for packaged food.
    • Calories and protein per meal, against today’s targets.
    • No meal plans. You eat what you eat; Fazon counts it.
  • Trends

Your weight as a trend line, so a single morning never decides the story.

The Trends screen: a chart of weight over time, with the other tracked measures below it.

    Trends

    The trend, not the day.

    • Trend weight smooths out water and daily noise.
    • Steps, calories and protein over weeks, not hours.
    • In Maintenance and in a phase.
    • Numbers inform. There are no scores.
  • Power Walks

A guided walk you start from Today.

The Today screen during an Active Phase: the phase day count, the coach, the day's targets and this week's Power Walks.

    Power Walks

A walk with a little structure.

    • A guided session you start from Today.
    • Counts toward your week during a phase.
    • Sometimes the week’s one change: the coach may suggest one more walk.
    • No GPS tracking.
  • The coach

It helps. The decisions are yours.

The coach opened on the Today screen: a short note on how the week is going, and when the next check-in is.

    Coach

    What the coach does.

    • Sets up the phase with you: 4, 8 or 12 weeks, with calorie, protein and step targets from your own data.
    • Checks in each week, with at most one change.
    • Learns what your body burns, so the targets stay honest.
    • Reads plateaus as information. Missed days are observations, not judgements.
    • Stays quiet outside a phase.

    Steady is the whole method.

It follows clear, written rules. It is not AI.

  • Starting a phase

Pick a length and a pace. The coach proposes the targets.

Starting an Active Phase: the coach's proposed plan, with three paces to choose from and a daily calorie target for each.

    Active Phase

Pick a length. The coach proposes a plan.

    • Reset, Core or Transformation: 4, 8 or 12 weeks.
    • A pace that fits your weeks.
    • Targets from your own data: calories, protein and steps.
    • One payment per phase. No auto-renew.
  • Check-ins that wait

When you have a moment, you look at the week together.

The coach on the Today screen offering the weekly check-in, with a choice to start it now or later.

    Weekly check-in

    Once a week, one change.

    • It reads your week: trend weight, steps, protein and logging.
    • At most one change, often as a choice you make.
    • “Change nothing, continue” is a valid answer.
    • You start it when you have a moment.
  • Maintenance goals

Calculated to hold your weight. Change them anytime.

Suggested goals for daily calories, protein and steps, calculated to hold your weight, with options to use or adjust them.

    Maintenance Mode

    Goals that hold your weight.

    • At first, calculated from your height, weight, age, sex and how active you are.
    • After a phase, the review suggests new ones from what the phase learned your body burns.
    • Calories, protein and steps, nothing more.
    • Change them anytime.
  • Apple Health

Steps, weight and body measurements arrive on their own.

Connecting Apple Health, so steps, weight and body measurements arrive without typing. You can also enter them by hand.

    Apple Health

Let Apple Health do the typing.

    • Steps, weight and body measurements read from Apple Health.
    • You can always add them by hand.
    • You decide what Fazon may read, in your iPhone’s settings.
    • What you log is never sent to us.

Privacy

No account. No copy with us.

Fazon reads your steps, weight and body measurements from Apple Health, so your numbers are there without you typing them in.

What you log is stored on your iPhone and, when iCloud is on for Fazon, in your own iCloud. We have no copy of it.

In iCloud, what you log is end-to-end encrypted. Apple sees only technical details, such as when something changed.

No account, no social feed, no ads.
You can export all of your data, whenever you want.
