Steps missing or late

Fazon reads your steps from Apple Health. It counts everything Health has for today, from midnight, from your iPhone and Apple Watch together.

When Fazon updates

Today reads your steps when you open the app, when you come back to it, and after you log something. It doesn’t update them while the screen is open, so a number seen earlier can be behind.

Your Apple Watch also has to pass its steps to your iPhone first. That can take a while after a walk.

What to check

  1. Is Apple Health connected? If Today shows Connect Apple Health →, Fazon can’t read your steps yet. Tap it.
  2. Is steps access on? If you once tapped “Don’t Allow”, open the Settings app on your iPhone, go to Privacy & Security → Health → Fazon, and turn on Steps.
  3. Does Health have them? Open the Health app and look at today’s steps. If they’re missing there, Fazon can’t see them either.

Adding steps by hand

If you walked more than Health recorded, tap + Log on Today, then Steps. Today shows whichever is higher: your number or Health’s. Steps you enter stay in Fazon and aren’t added to Health.
