In Maintenance Mode, Today measures your day against three goals: steps, calories and protein. They are yours to set. Fazon suggests a starting point.
How the suggestions are made
- Calories: an estimate of what you burn on a lightly active day, from your height, weight, age and sex, with no deficit. After an Active Phase, Fazon uses what it learned from your weight trend and what you logged instead.
- Protein: based on your weight, adjusted for height and sex.
- Steps: 6,000 to begin with. After a phase, your average from the phase.
An empty field shows a suggestion and where it came from, for example Estimate from your height, weight and age.
Change your goals
- Tap the person icon at the top of Today to open You.
- Tap Settings, then Daily goals.
- Type the numbers you want, or tap Use next to a suggestion.
- Tap Save.
Leave a field empty to clear that goal. Today then shows the number without a bar, with Set a goal beside it.
Limits
Steps go from 1,000 to 50,000, calories from 1,000 to 8,000 kcal and protein from 20 to 400 g.
During an Active Phase
The coach sets your targets while a phase runs, so Daily goals can’t be edited. At the end of the phase, the review suggests goals to hold your new weight.
